Absolutely. We design and fabricate custom ductwork for residential and commercial projects of all sizes. Our in-house CNC plasma cutter lets us create precision parts that fit perfectly — no ordering standard parts and hoping they work.
Do you work with contractors and builders?+
Yes — we work with builders, general contractors, and HVAC subcontractors throughout Cache Valley. We can provide full ductwork fabrication packages for new construction projects, with fast turnaround to keep your project on schedule.
What thickness of steel can you cut?+
Our CNC plasma cutting table can cut up to 1-inch plate steel. For standard HVAC ductwork, we typically work with 26–18 gauge sheet metal. For heavier structural or industrial applications, we can go up to that 1-inch maximum.
How long does custom fabrication take?+
Because we fabricate in-house, turnaround is typically much faster than ordering from an outside supplier. Simple jobs can often be completed within a day or two. Larger or more complex projects will be quoted with a specific timeline.
Can you fabricate parts from my drawings or measurements?+
Yes. Bring us your drawings, sketches, or measurements and we'll translate them into precision-cut parts. We can also do on-site measurements if needed for complex or unusual installations.
